We began by just manufacturing the JIC 37° Flare Fittings, but have gradually increased our capacity and ranges. We now produce and stock a range of 'O' Ring Face Seal and BSP Fittings, as well as the JIC 37° Flare range. We also have the facilities to do sub-contract work and to produce parts to our customers' own specification if required.



We have worked closely with our key customers to control our expansion. This has enabled us to meet their demands at all times whilst giving us the opportunity to expand our workforce carefully and ensure the relevant skills and qualifications of our employees. Our expansion programme has included two relocations, the most recent one being in September 2000. We are currently based in our own purpose built premises with the facility to treble our factory area without having to move again. Our products are manufactured to the highest quality and conform to all the relevant DIN and SAE standards. We also have DNV (Den Norske Veritas) approval for the export of our parts. Our steel bar is all supplied by Corus and is therefore of the highest quality. All of our products have full traceability and we can supply 3.1B certification with our fittings if required. We hold large stocks of finished parts, including the more unusual sizes, and our aim is to supply our customers demands from stock in order to offer a quick delivery service.
